Welcome to GTCONCEPTS E-Learning. This handbook explains how to create your account, enrol in courses, learn securely and get help.
Getting started
Create your learner account with a valid email address, complete the verification steps shown and sign in securely.
Courses and enrolment
Browse published courses, open a course to view its description and enrol. Free courses activate immediately; paid courses follow the payment option displayed.
Learning dashboard and progress
My Learning shows your active courses. Your lesson progress and PDF page position are saved so you can continue when you return.
PDF Learning Mode
PDF lessons open in Learning Mode with page navigation, zoom, search, thumbnails, fullscreen and other controls. Download and print availability depend on the lesson settings.
Audio / Listen mode
Where enabled, use Play, Pause, Resume, Stop, previous/next section, skip controls and reading speed. Maths-friendly reading converts common mathematical symbols into clearer spoken words. Complex equations may still benefit from tutor-prepared narration.
Exams and assessments
Courses may include timed objective or theory assessments. Objective results can be released immediately when configured; theory answers may be marked before results are published.
Notifications
Use the notification bell for course, payment, assessment and support updates. Browser/phone push notifications are optional and require your device permission.
Account security and password recovery
Keep your password private. If you forget it, use Forgot Password and follow the secure reset link sent to your registered email address.
Help Center and GTC Support
Search the Help Center or use the support chat. Automated answers may assist first, and a GTC Support agent can continue the conversation when needed.
